FidlersRanch LLC is a small family run business that is dedicated to raising grass fed beef, lamb and pastured poultry through holistic practices. Our animals are raised through a mob grazing or short duration technique in rotation that allows us to significantly improve our pastures naturally. In addition, they are fed a soy-free and corn-free supplement to ensure they have a well-balanced diet.
I have been in Central Texas my entire life. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Texas State University where I am currently working on my Masters in Applied Geography. For the last 7 years I have been an educator teaching Mathematical Applications in Food and Natural Resources. In my spare time I will add cooking ideas and suggestions to my blog designed to help you find additional ways to enjoy the fine product produced at FidlersRanch.
